What products do you use?
We only use top of the link Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, Cabot, and Valspar professional paints to assure customer satisfaction.
How long is an estimate good for?
All estimates/proposals are valid for 30 days.
Do I move my furniture to get my house painted?
No, we move all furniture (within reason) and relocate them when the job is done.
Do you cover furniture and floors?
Yes, before we begin prepping for any service, we move and cover all furniture and surrounding areas with clean plastic and drop cloths.
Do you clean up before your job is completed?
Yes, we clean up daily and all debris and trash
How do you protect my exterior landscape and surrounding areas when doing prep work?
Wherever we will be performing prep work on the exterior of your home; we will protect the ground and surrounding areas with plastic.
Is your work warrantied?
Yes, all of our work is warrantied and we assure all of our customers 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

Do you offer free color consultations?
Yes, we offer a complimentary color consulting with every job. This is great because interior decorators can get expensive.
Does Nikitaras Painting hire anyone to be a painter on their painting crew?
No, all painters that are considered must pass strict guidelines before they begin working on our team.
What are your normal procedures?
Exterior projects: We start with a full pressure washing to remove any mold, mildew, dirt or grime. This will allow the paint to adhere properly. We perform our one of a kind prepping process, followed by a primer coat, then followed by two coats of
Interior projects: We start by moving all furniture to the middle of the room, cover with new plastic, then with clean canvas drop cloths the floors are covered. The prepping begins. We fix all drywall nail pops (nails that protrude out of the wall), uneven surfaces, repair any settlement cracks and spackle all imperfections. The next step is to sand all trim, walls, and ceilings. The dust is then cleaned up. Next priming begins, and all the trim is caulked. After the primer coat is applied we inspect the walls for any other imperfections. A spot primer is then applied to the fixed areas and our final two coats are then applied.
